Our range of Rubber Dispersion Kneader Machine is specially fabricated to meet the needs and requirements of Rubber, Plastic and Chemical Industries. It can be used in a numerous material mixing processes ranging from low viscosity adhesives to high viscosity rubber. The machine has a unique jacket construction which promotes cooling and low temperature mixing. This unique design is the key to improve the dispersion and prevention of scorching.

Rubber Dispersion Kneader machine ensures homogeneous compound dispersion, easy colour change cleaning, and simple operation, and represents techno-economic achievement. This kneader may be used to combine a wide range of materials, from low viscosity adhesives to high viscosity rubber. The complete Dispersion Kneader line is built with a cooling jacket, which promotes mixing dispersion and prevents material burning.

MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION OF RUBBER DISPERSION KNEADER: 

Mixing Chamber:

Fabricated alloy steel, hard faced, jacketed (both longitudinal and transverse) for steam heating and water cooling and tilt for easy discharge and cleaning.

Mixing Rotors:

Spirally annular design, made of alloy cast steel, with node tips that are internally cored for good temperature regulation. The nodes' land is hard faced and profiled.

Pressure Lid:

Jacketed for effective heating/cooling, steel fabricated, hard faced at mix contact area. (Pneumatic and hydraulic variants available.)

Dust Seal:

Designed specifically to maintain the environment clean, and easily changed.
